Job summary

IDEMIA in Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Customer Contract Assistant to support contract delivery and order processing. You will engage with customers, coordinate with stakeholders, and help ensure compliant, timely execution of service commitments.

The role supports the Account Manager, handles inquiries, and assists with stock, quotes and invoicing while developing English communication skills. Start date January 2027 expected.

Responsibilities

• Owns first-level customer relationship for BAU activities, including incoming requests and enquiries
• Coordinates contract execution with stakeholders to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Manages end-to-end Sales Order Process including stock management, quoting and invoicing
• Supports regulatory customer and internal compliance requirements
• Manages customer queries and complaints to satisfactory resolution
• Supports Account Manager in relation to contract delivery
• Supports internal requirements in relation to service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Owns the first level customer relationship for all BAU (Business As Usual) activities, including incoming requests and enquiries


• Coordinates contract execution with all relevant stakeholders in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction


• Manages the end-to-end Sales Order Process for all customer order activities, including stock management, quoting and invoicing


• Supports regulatory customer and internal compliance requirements


• Manages customer queries and complaints to a satisfactory resolution


• Supports Account Manager in relation to contract delivery


• Supports internal requirements in relation to service delivery

Qualifications:

• Currently taking a Bachelor's Degree in College/University


• Good communication skills (with English proficiency)


• Willing to start on January 2027
