Job summary

Yadea Indonesia is seeking a store design specialist to localize Store Identity standards and prepare construction drawings such as floor plans and MEP layouts. You will optimize designs based on site conditions and regulations, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-site design alignment with standards.

The role requires 6 months in retail renovation/design or a related degree, with proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, strong planning, and English as a working language.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the localization and implementation of Store Identity (SI) standards for retail stores, including design development and preparation of construction drawings such as floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and MEP layouts.
• Optimize store designs based on site conditions, store requirements, building structures, and applicable local regulations, while ensuring designs are practical and feasible for construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, construction teams, and suppliers to provide design support during construction, resolve on-site design issues, monitor construction progress and quality, and ensure stores are delivered according to design standards.
• Manage store design documentation, including construction drawings, as-built drawings, design revisions, and other technical documents, while maintaining design standards and drawing archives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail store renovation/design, or a degree/background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
• Good communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills, with strong teamwork abilities.
• Able to use English as a working language for business communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.
