Job summary

Asthanesia is seeking a design professional in Bogor to conduct site surveys, develop store designs, and coordinate drawings for new store projects. You will prepare BOQ, review drawings, and support tender processes while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project budgets.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in design/construction, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design, construction, interior, retail, F&B, or store development.
• Experience in retail or F&B store development is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design applications.
• Able to read and understand construction and working drawings.
• Good understanding of architectural, civil, interior, and basic MEP works.
• Able to prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Familiar with work volume calculations and basic cost estimation.
• Able to conduct site surveys and measurements.

• Prepare design documents for contractor/vendor quotation and tender processes.
• Provide technical clarification and design support to contractors and vendors.
• Support the Project Manager to ensure project execution meets timeline, budget, quality, and operational requirements.
