• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer in design consultant/property industry/commercial/retail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DMax, Rendering (VRay/Lumion/Enscape), and other AI applications, MS Office, and MS Projects.
• Knowledge of materials, construction details, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.

• Undertake design project from concept to completion, including samples and mood boards, 2D/3D drawings, visualization, and renderings.
• Research, evaluate and decide on materials, finishes, furniture, and product sourcing.
• Define project requirements and schedules.
• Supervise work progress regularly and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and internal departments on design and construction.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality, health, and safety regulations.
• Ensure smooth progress and completion within budget, time, and quality standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging materials and technologies.
• Support projects across Interior Design and Architecture/Fit-Out divisions.

Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for an Interior Design Assistant Manager with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Interior Design from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer in the design consultant/property industry/commercial/retail.
• Proficiency in computers, especially design software and programs, i.e., AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DMax, Rendering (VRay/Lumion/Enscape), and other AI applications, MS Office, and MS Projects.
• Knowledge of materials, construction details, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
