Job summary

PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk is seeking a capable Construction/Project Manager to lead renovation and new-build projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate tenders, design reviews, and cost evaluations while ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction or project management, with strong skills in interior design, space planning, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design or related fields with minimum GPA 3.00.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or project management.
• Strong skills in interior design, space planning, layout development, material selection, and budget.
• Able to create and review design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates (RAB).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design tools.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of K3 and building permits/regulations is preferred.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
