Job summary

CODE.ID is seeking a Systems Analyst to gather business and system requirements and collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to develop robust system solutions. The role involves preparing functional specs, process flows, and system documentation, and supporting insurance-related applications through testing and deployments.

The candidate will coordinate with developers, support SIT/UAT, analyze issues, and drive system enhancements to meet business needs and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Strata-1) from a respectable university with majors in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2-year professional experience as a Systems Analyst or Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with software development and documentation (FSD, TSD, SRS, UML diagrams).
• Experience designing Web and mobile applications consisting of Front-end and Back-end systems (.Net, Java).
• Understanding Data Management such as MSSQL and DB2.
• Having experience in AS400 is an advantage.
• Experience in WEB / Mobile App.
• Knowledge of the financial or Insurance industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to develop system solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Support insurance applications such as policy, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer systems.
• Coordinate with developers during system development and implementation.
• Prepare and support SIT and UAT testing.
• Analyze system issues and coordinate solutions with the IT team.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure systems meet business requirements and company standards.
