Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst in Jakarta to translate business needs into technical specs and ensure high-quality software delivery. The role collaborates with QC, BA, UI/UX, and developers to design robust architecture and documentation.

You will design technical specs, perform end-to-end testing, and help integrate AI-based tools into the SDLC, leveraging Jira/Confluence and UML. 2–3+ years as System Analyst and 1–2+ years as Backend/Full-Stack dev are preferred.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in software development or IT operations.
• 1–2+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Developer.
• Experienced in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications or Core System Products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, especially Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, UML, or similar analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, OOD, and Web Services.
• Familiar with Git and issue/ticket management tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Angular and .NET C# or Java is a plus.
