Job summary

Asiatek Solusi Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst/Business Analyst to gather and confirm functional requirements, prepare SDLC documents, and coordinate with developers and vendors in Jakarta. The role emphasizes collaboration across business units to ensure on-schedule application development and risk-aware functional analysis.

Candidates should have minimum 3 years in the role, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Oracle DB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Gather, analyze, and confirm functional requirements for the systems to be developed.
• Prepare system development documentation in accordance with SDLC, including but not limited to FSD, TSD, and other required documents.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal developer team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure application development proceeds according to plan.
• Coordinate with business units, vendors, and related parties during the system functional clarification process.
• Provide support for testing preparation and execution, including the creation of test scenarios and test scripts.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing required project documentation.
• Assist in analyzing operational risks from a functional perspective.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and confirm functional requirements for systems to be developed.

Additional Technical Requirements (Preferred by User):

• Proficient in SQL Query and experienced in using Oracle DB.
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, Automation, and system architecture concepts.
