Job summary

PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the company’s compliance function and ensure adherence to OJK, IDX, and related authorities. The role involves developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and driving regulatory reporting across business units.

The incumbent will oversee regulatory examinations, monitor developments, and advise the Board on regulatory requirements and potential risks, fostering a strong governance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or related functions, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian capital market regulations (OJK, IDX, KSEI, KPEI) and AML-CFT.
• Possess WPPE/WPEE license and relevant Compliance Certification as required by regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, monitoring programs, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Compliance function to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the compliance framework, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and monitoring to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of new or amended regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of regulatory reports to OJK, IDX, and other authorities.
• Provide compliance advice to the Board, senior management, and business units on regulatory requirements and risks.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, inspections, inquiries, and follow-up actions, including corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the Compliance team and promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethics.
