2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software development projects.
Hands-on experience in insurance or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key stakeholders.
Deeply analyze insurance end-to-end processes and translate them into clear system workflows.
Author FSD, BRD, and user stories; record MOMs to track decisions.
Review technical designs to ensure alignment with business rules.
Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and client alignment sessions.
