Job summary

PT Kode Evolusi Bangsa is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements from project stakeholders and translate them into clear system specifications for software development.

You will document FSD/BRD, write user stories, record MOMs, review designs, and participate in sprint planning and client alignment sessions. Insurance domain experience is preferred and you will work closely with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software projects.
• Hands-on project experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business logic and end-to-end processes.
• Proficiency in using Figma for wireframes and workflow mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze insurance business flows and translate them into system workflows.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
• Author FSD, BRD, and user stories for development teams.
• Record MOMs and ensure decisions are tracked.
• Review technical designs for alignment with business rules.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client alignments.
