Job summary

• Handle project Chatbot / AI / CRM / Salesforce.
• Experience in making project documentation.
• Familiar with SDLC
• Good communication (written & verbal) in English.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
