PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong analytical skills to join our Jakarta team. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and minimum 5 years’ experience are required, with knowledge of the Insurance industry and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, map data flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. English communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as IT Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry is mandatory.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• AS400 project experience is highly preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
