CBM Global Disability Inclusion in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to drive institutional fundraising and partnerships at country level. You will work within the Country Team, align with CBM Global's funding priorities, and coordinate with donors, INGOs, UN agencies, and OPDs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with donor environments and fundraising is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and review of the Country Fundraising Strategy.
• Build and maintain a strong institutional funding pipeline.
• Coordinate high-quality concept notes and proposals.
• Strengthen relationships with donors and consortium leads.
• Facilitate consortium development with INGOs, NGOs, UN agencies.
• Provide donor intelligence and strategic analysis.
• Strengthen Country Team capacity for institutional funding.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Maintain pipeline data, proposal repositories, and donor knowledge.
• Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and partnership principles.
