Job summary

IBMC is assisting a client in hiring a Funding Manager to lead and expand our funding partnerships, optimizing cost of funds and liquidity across Indonesia. This is a high-impact, on-site role designed to scale with a digital financial services platform.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of banking/fintech experience, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a solid understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within Banking, Multifinance, P2P Lending, Private Credit, or Asset Management sectors.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing institutional deals, including term sheet negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Expand institutional partnerships with banks, multifinance, and other lenders.
• Oversee funding initiatives and maintain long-term relationships with financial institutions.
• Develop and implement funding strategies to optimize cost of funds and liquidity.
• Lead end-to-end deal negotiations, including pricing and terms.
• Manage the loan and funding pipeline from documentation to disbursement and covenant monitoring.
