Job summary

Glints is seeking a Microsoft 365 and Azure administrator to manage day-to-day administration, security enforcement, and operational support for cloud environments. You will ensure platforms are secure, compliant, resilient, and efficient for business users while meeting regulatory and audit requirements.

Job description

In this role you’ll be responsible for the day to day administration, security enforcement, and operational support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. The role ensures platforms are secure, compliant, resilient, and operationally efficient, supporting business users while meeting regulatory and audit requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including: Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Manage user lifecycle (provisioning, access management, offboarding).
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity protection controls.
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and Compliance policies.
• Support eDiscovery, retention policies, audit logs, and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (3+ year).
• Proven experience with Intune MDM/MAM.
• In‑depth knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams governance.
• Strong understanding of DLP, compliance, and data protection controls.
• Solid experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort through scripting.
• Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting for automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Azure or M365 automation frameworks, APIs, or runbooks is a plus.
• Knowledge on developing dashboard using Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborating across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
