Job summary

PT Auraluxe Indonesia is seeking an IT Staff to support day-to-day IT operations across corporate offices, retail stores, and distribution network. You will provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, monitor networks, manage IT assets, and assist with system implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT, 3–5 years' experience, strong Windows Server skills, SAP experience, and good problem-solving and communication abilities. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with SAP is required.
• Solid hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Staff to support the day-to-day IT operations across Auraluxe Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining hardware and software systems, monitoring network performance, managing IT assets, and ensuring all IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. You will also assist with system implementation, user account administration, data backup, and IT documentation while supporting the company's ongoing digital initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues, implement technology solutions, and maintain a stable IT environment that supports business operations across both corporate and retail locations.

As an IT Staff, you will play an important role in maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's technology infrastructure while contributing to continuous process improvements and the successful execution of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
