Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Jakarta team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to map and optimize business processes, document activity diagrams, and ensure alignment with banking/financial services requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and support audits with detailed analyses. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Professional degree in Engineering or related field, 2+ years of BA

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience as IT Business Analyst.
• Experience handling Banking Payment System (Rekonsiliasi Payment, Posting Payment, Transaksi SKN/RTGS/TT/Pindah Buku, or Core Banking).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and written/verbal communication skills.
• Pro-active, independent, resourceful, able to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process mapping, optimization, and transformation.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to understand processes, challenges, and new initiatives.
• Develop and document detailed process mappings, including activity diagrams, for each department.
• Engage with Heads of Departments (HODs) to validate identified processes.
• Provide expert technical and domain advice to enhance process quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process transformation and propose operationally sound solutions.
• Support audit exercises by addressing findings and ensuring compliance.
• Have experience in business process design using MS Visio and implementation.
• Assist strategic planning related to system architecture and process enhancements.

Requirement:

• Proficiency in creating detailed activity diagrams using process design tools, such as MS Visio, draw.io, etc.
• Understand Testing process (UAT/SIT)
• Able to create and review test scenarios and results with QA/ tester
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to provide technical and domain-specific advice.
• Experience in supporting audit exercises and ensuring compliance with business processes.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English
