Job summary

PT Jawa Satu Power seeks an ICT Operation Staff to ensure reliable, secure IT systems across office and industrial environments. You will help manage infrastructure, data centers, backups, and user access while following cybersecurity and HSE standards.

You will work with the ICT Manager to monitor operations, patch systems, and maintain documentation and inventories, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT operations, system administration or data center support.
• Strong knowledge of IT Data Center operations and system administration.
• Understanding of backup and recovery operations.
• Familiarity with Office and Industrial IT systems.
• Knowledge of user account, domain and access management.
• Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
• Ability to maintain IT documentation and records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is desirable.

To strengthen our Information and Communication Technology capability, we are seeking a dedicated ICT Operation Staff who will play a key role in ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of our Office and Industrial IT systems.

This position is ideal for IT professionals who are eager to develop hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, data center operations, backup and recovery, user access management, and IT asset management within a large-scale power generation facility.

We’re Looking for You

As an ICT Operation Staff, you will support the day-to-day operation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Office and Industrial IT systems under the guidance of the ICT Manager. You will contribute to system availability, data protection, operational continuity, and information security while ensuring compliance with company procedures and cybersecurity requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the installation, configuration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and Data Center systems.
• Performing installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, servers, office applications, and email clients.
• Managing user accounts, domain groups, and access permissions in accordance with established authorization requirements.
• Supporting firmware and software patching for Office and Industrial IT systems.
• Performing data backup and recovery for system configurations, operational data, and logs.
• Supporting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems and data.
• Supporting the administration and operational continuity of servers and related IT services.
• Supporting the management of office-related cloud services as required.
• Managing IT equipment, including servers, desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and related IT accessories.
• Maintaining accurate IT asset inventory, contracts, records, and technical documentation.
• Supporting IT procurement activities, including preparation of purchase requisitions and technical specifications.
• Preparing and supporting IT operational budgets related to servers and associated systems.
• Coordinating with internal users, ICT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Ensuring IT operational activities comply with company policies, cybersecurity requirements, HSE standards, and applicable procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement of IT operational processes and controls.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other relevant disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in IT operations, system administration, or data center support.
• Strong knowledge of IT Data Center operations and system administration.
• Understanding of backup and recovery operations.
• Familiarity with Office and Industrial IT systems.
• Knowledge of user account, domain, and access management.
• Experience or understanding of IT asset and inventory management.
• Ability to maintain IT documentation, operational records, and technical information accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with established procedures.
• Good problem identification and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to manage multiple operational tasks systematically and effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Good coordination and communication skills when working with internal stakeholders and vendors.
