Job summary

PT. Mega Lighterindo Internusa is seeking a talented KOL Specialist for our Commercial Division, based in North Jakarta. You will identify, develop, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders to amplify brand messaging and drive engagement across digital platforms.

This role requires strategic thinking and strong collaboration with internal marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in KOL management, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of social media trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL or influencer management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date with social media trends and digital culture.
• Creative, organized, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage key opinion leaders and influencers aligned with brand values and target demographics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through regular communication and performance tracking.
• Create KOL partnership strategies and campaign briefs with objectives, deliverables, timelines and metrics.
• Negotiate KOL contracts, fees and terms with brand alignment and value for money.
• Coordinate campaign execution with KOLs including content creation, posting schedules and messaging guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using engagement, reach, impressions and ROI metrics.
• Prepare reports with insights on KOL campaign effectiveness and recommendations for future improvements.
• Maintain a database of KOLs with performance history and demographics for planning.
