PT Surrama Tridaya Mandiri is seeking a Sales Engineer for Steam Equipment & Control Valve products in Jakarta. You will identify and develop opportunities in the industrial sector, conduct customer visits, present technical solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate to close orders while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, preparing reports on sales activities and market developments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related industry
• Able to read datasheets, technical specifications, P&ID, and basic technical drawings
• Able to prepare technical-commercial offers, follow up on offers, and coordinate with technical team for customer requirement clarification

Responsabilités

• Identify new business opportunities and develop customers from the industrial sector
• Conduct routine visits, product presentations, and provide technical explanations according to customer needs
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, conduct negotiations, and monitor the ordering process until delivery
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Create reports on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and market developments periodically
• Maintain accuracy of product information, company confidentiality, and comply with company policies and business ethics
