Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, ideally B2B and manufacturing/distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present product features and benefits to prospective customers and tailor solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to support the sales process.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to reach mutual agreements.
• Track sales activity and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to promote products and services.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
