KORRUN GROUP in Jepara, Central Java, is seeking a professional to manage Labor Union relations and maintain harmonious industrial relations. You will coordinate with union representatives, participate in PKB negotiations, and handle related disputes while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

The role requires a Law or HR Management background, 3–4 years of Industrial Relations experience in garment/ bags/ footwear manufacturing, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resources Management (Law major preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, mandatory in garment/bags/footwear manufacturing.
• Experience in handling Labor Union relations, including communication, coordination, negotiations, and labor dispute resolution.
• Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws, Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and Company Regulations (PP).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships and maintain effective communication with Labor Unions (Serikat Pekerja).
• Handle negotiations with Labor Unions, including PKB and other labor-related matters.
• Handle Labor Union-related issues and disputes, including bipartite negotiations and conflict resolution to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
• Monitor Labor Union activities, identify potential labor issues, and coordinate with management to prevent and resolve conflicts.
• Handle Employee Relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, Warning Letters (SP), and labor-related administration.
