Job summary

PT Japan Asia Consultants is seeking an experienced HR professional focused on Industrial Relations in Jakarta to manage unions, PKB, grievances, and related labor matters. The role also covers payroll liaison, BPJS, attendance, and overtime controls, with supervision of HR staff and daily HR operations.

Permanent employment (PKWTT) after a 3-month probation; English proficiency is required and Mandarin is a plus; manufacturing/automotive experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law preferred; other majors with relevant HR IR experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, focused on Industrial Relations.
• Experience handling labor unions, PKB, grievances, and labor disputes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
• Manufacturing/automotive experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Industrial Relations, labor unions, PKB, and employee relations matters.
• Manage payroll, BPJS, attendance, and overtime.
• Review and control overtime and labor costs.
• Supervise HR staff and daily HR operations.
• Coordinate with Disnaker when required.
