Job summary

Moladin is seeking an entry to mid-level Industrial Relations / HR Compliance professional in Jakarta to manage IR documents, regulatory reports, and HR policies. You will coordinate with Legal, People Partners, Audit, and business teams while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. A law background and MS Excel proficiency are favored for accurate documentation and data handling within a growing fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and structured with strong documentation.
• Proficient in HR/IR administrative processes and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with HRBP/Legal/Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare IR documents (warnings, PKWT/PKWTT, SOPs, employment certificates).
• Handle Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan (WLTK) registrations and renewals for entities.
• Oversee Wajib Lapor Fasilitas (WLF) documentation and compliance.
• Assist in PP preparation, review, and online submission for approval.
• Contribute to HR policies, SOPs, and Code of Conduct development and reviews.
• Monitor labor compliance and identify gaps or risks.
• Organize IR documents, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
• Assist in Industrial Relations cases including bipartite negotiations, mediation, and PHI proceedings.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Legal, Audit, and business teams on IR and compliance matters.
• Prepare regular IR and HR compliance reports for management.
