Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese management and teams.
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair factory mechanical equipment to ensure stable, efficient operation.
• Install, dismantle, and maintain mechanical equipment including pipelines, valves, pumps, reactors and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance according to established plans.
• Perform welding work, including argon arc welding, when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist in documentation.
