Job summary

JAPFA Food Indonesia is seeking a diligent Maintenance Operator for Line-3 to ensure reliable operation of production equipment and maintain product quality. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, troubleshoot faults, and assist with installation and testing of new gear while coordinating with production teams.

A diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and FMCG maintenance experience are preferred, with strong safety

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in maintenance of FMCG production lines.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Line-3 machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot malfunctions using drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Lubricate, clean, and adjust components to extend equipment life.
Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and support continuous improvements.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts used, and inspections.
