Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, support machine installation and relocation, and monitor machine condition (alignment, lubrication, vibration) to minimize downtime. A diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering and 3 years in manufacturing are preferred, plus

Qualifications

• Read mechanical drawings and use basic measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge).
• Hands-on skills with hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when needed.
• 3 years in manufacturing, maintenance, or production.
• Safety-conscious and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and modify mechanical components, jigs, and fixtures from engineering drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running and downtime low.
• Support machine installation, relocation, and layout setup.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults, replace worn parts, and report findings to engineers.
• Monitor machine condition — alignment, lubrication, vibration — and act early on issues.
• Keep maintenance logs, spare parts, and the work area in top shape (5S & safety).
