PT Adara Power Indonesia seeks a proactive Senior Sales Engineer to drive genset and heavy machinery sales to corporate customers. You will develop new opportunities, conduct prospecting, present technical solutions, and prepare quotations while coordinating with internal teams.

This role requires strong negotiation, relationship building, and field visits to secure repeat orders. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, is customer-focused, and proficient in MS Office for

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• SMK/SMK equivalent; D3/S1 is an added value.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in technical and industrial product sales.
• Able to use Microsoft Office for quotations and reporting.
• Target-oriented and able to develop business relationships.
• Experience in B2B/B2C/B2G sales, gensets, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or engineering products is an added value.
• Willing to conduct customer visits as required by the job.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales opportunities for gensets and related products to new and existing customers
• Conduct prospecting and build business relationships with contractors, industrial companies, hospitals, commercial buildings, and other potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend genset specifications in accordance with company technical guidance
• Prepare price quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and follow up on quotations
• Coordinate with technical, administrative, and management teams regarding specifications, pricing, stock, and delivery schedules
• Monitor sales pipeline, follow-up activities, and target achievement
• Maintain good relationships with customers and identify repeat order opportunities
• Prepare activity reports and sales progress reports on a regular basis
