Job summary

PT. Wahana Inti Selaras in Jakarta is seeking a Technical Support Genset Specialist to provide technical and commercial support for genset products and applications. You will identify customer requirements and recommend suitable genset specifications.

The role includes preparing quotations, supporting installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, after-sales support, and developing technical reports. Strong English proficiency is required to communicate with stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1).
5+ years of experience in genset applications.
Experience with industrial engines and gensets.
Strong understanding of high‑voltage electrical systems.
Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Provide technical and commercial support for genset products and applications.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable genset specifications and solutions.
Prepare technical quotations based on customer and application requirements.
Support installation and commissioning activities to ensure proper equipment operation.
Troubleshoot and analyze genset-related issues to identify solutions.
Provide technical support for after-sales service and customer requirements.
Develop technical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with relevant teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
