Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- 5+ years of experience in genset applications.
- Experience with industrial engines and gensets.
- Strong understanding of high‑voltage electrical systems.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).

- Prepare technical quotations based on customer and application requirements.

As a Technical Support Genset Specialist, you will provide technical expertise and support for genset and power generation solutions, working with customers to identify requirements and recommend suitable specifications.
Provide technical and commercial support for genset products and applications
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable genset specifications and solutions
Provide technical support for quotation preparation based on customer and application requirements
Support installation and commissioning activities to ensure proper equipment operation
Perform troubleshooting and technical analysis to identify and resolve genset-related issues
Provide technical support for after-sales service and customer requirements
Develop technical reports and communicate technical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Work closely with relevant teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with customer requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
More than 5 years of experience in genset applications
Experience with industrial engines and gensets
Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems
Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills
Able to prepare technical reports and deliver technical presentations
Good command of English, both written and spoken
