Job summary

江苏苏净集团 is seeking an Industrial Equipment Sales Representative to drive sales of cleanroom equipment and environmental wastewater treatment solutions in Batam and nearby industrial zones.

You will build and maintain relationships with factories and manufacturing parks, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. Fluency in Mandarin is required; Indonesian or English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment; cleanroom, wastewater treatment, or machinery preferred.
• Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and able to use it as working language; Indonesian or English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local clients in Batam and surrounding areas.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored equipment solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and collect market insights.

Skills

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)

Strong communication and negotiation

Willing to travel for client visits
