Job summary

Orderkuota is seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff in Tangerang, Indonesia to handle financial transaction recording, bookkeeping, tax calculation, and financial reporting in line with Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities include recording transactions, preparing monthly reports, examining invoices, calculating tax, managing tax invoices, and reconciling accounts. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation.
• 1–2 years of accounting and tax experience; fresh grads considered.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; capable of tax calculations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Examine invoices, payments and supporting documents.
• Calculate and prepare monthly and annual tax reporting.
• Create and manage tax invoices and withholding certificates.
• Perform account and tax reconciliation.
• Maintain organized financial and tax documents.
