Job summary

Bigtree Production in Bali, Indonesia seeks an accounting and tax specialist to manage financial transactions, accounting journals, tax filings, and reporting in line with Indonesian regulations.

You will handle bank reconciliation, prepare SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan, and maintain tax documentation. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is required, with attention to deadlines and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• Understanding of basic Indonesian accounting and tax principles.
• Understanding of PPh, PPN, and tax reporting.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and analytical.
• Able to perform reconciliation and data verification well.
• Able to work with deadlines, especially regarding payment and reporting deadlines.
• Good administrative and documentation skills.
• Work experience in accounting/tax is an added value.
• Brevet Pajak A/B or other tax certification is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and accounting journals
• Examine and reconcile bank, cash, receivable, and payable transactions
• Calculate and prepare company tax obligations
• Prepare and report SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan in accordance with regulations
• Manage tax administration and documentation, including tax invoices and withholding certificates
• Reconcile accounting data with tax data
• Monitor tax payment and reporting deadlines
• Ensure company transactions comply with applicable tax regulations
• Assist with tax audits or data requests from tax authorities
