Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with credentials (Indonesian or equivalent) desirable.
• At least 3 years in financial accounting and reporting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting and tax compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries and ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely recording.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports per standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide supporting docs.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
