Job summary

Legal Indonesia Consulting in Bali seeks an accounting professional to manage the full accounting cycle, maintain financial records, and prepare timely monthly and annual reports. You will perform bank reconciliations, support tax reporting, and ensure compliance with Indonesian standards.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• Complete understanding of full-cycle accounting.
• Able to independently prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Understanding of Indonesian tax fundamentals (PPh, PPN, and Corporate Tax Return).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong analytical skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• English language communication is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and systematic recording and bookkeeping of financial transactions

• Prepare annual financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data and transactions

• Assist with monthly and annual tax preparation and reporting in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Ensure all financial records and reports comply with applicable accounting standards
