PT Transindo Infotek in Jakarta's Cengkareng office is hiring a Staff Accounting and Tax on a full-time basis to manage accounting transactions, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping for accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Indonesian tax knowledge; proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential. Fluent Indonesian and English preferred.

Competenze

2–3 years minimum experience in an accounting role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Mansioni

Recording and reconciling daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payroll and expenses.
Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Managing tax compliance matters, including calculating and filing tax returns in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
Preparing tax documentation and maintaining tax records for audit purposes.
Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
Supporting the finance team with year-end closing procedures and financial audits.
Maintaining accurate and organised financial documentation and records.
Communicating with tax authorities and external accountants as required.
