HydroNeo is building its Indonesian operation in Surabaya. We seek a senior, independent sales professional to own the Indonesian market, drive high-volume telesales, and convert leads into data-driven farm management deals.

You will plan your weeks, build your pipeline, and work directly with the CEO. Expect a fast-growing startup with a clear path to leading a local sales team as performance grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in shrimp farming or shrimp farm sales.
• 3+ years in sales or business development with measurable results.
• Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia, plus good English for international calls.
• Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close shrimp farmers and farm groups via calls/video.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot with full data discipline: contacts, calls, deals.
• Leverage digital tools and AI to generate leads and automate follow-up.
• Plan in-person farm visits, demos, and industry events with clear objectives.
• Develop local sales partners and distributors; join international calls.
• Feed market and product insights to CEO and product team.
• As results grow: recruit, train, and lead your own sales team.
