Job summary

HydroNeo, based in Surabaya, seeks an experienced marketing leader to own Indonesia, Thailand, and export markets. You will shape how FarmOS and our IoT hardware are presented to farmers and distributors, building a strong, data-driven brand narrative across multiple languages and channels.

You will lead a small team across Indonesia and Thailand, collaborating with sales and customer success, and traveling to farms to gather real-world insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, with ownership of content and brand quality
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and professional English
• Experience marketing physical and digital products or ability to bridge both
• Portfolio of original ideas, not just optimised work
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily marketing workflows
• Willingness to travel to farms and manage a small, distributed team

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly marketing plan per market: Indonesia, Thailand, export, and global markets
• Translate product capability into farmer-facing positioning and distributor sales messages
• Lead one global brand with local execution across markets
• Build and manage FarmOS growth through digital channels, app store presence, and onboarding
• Manage a small team across Surabaya and Bangkok, travel to farms as needed
• Run end-to-end marketing funnel: ads, landing pages, CRM, and sales follow-up
