Job summary

PT FLOWISTIC NUSANTARA Indonesia is seeking a diligent assistant to support the business lead by coordinating internal and external company matters, tracking live streaming operations, and driving cross-department collaboration. You will provide Chinese-Indonesian bilingual translation, take meeting minutes, and organise business documents to ensure smooth project implementation.

The role requires fluent Chinese, familiarity with TikTok live streaming e-commerce processes, strong Excel/Word

Qualifications

• Fluent Chinese for daily communication and work coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and parallel workflows.
• Experience in MCN or TikTok operations assistant roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business lead in liaising with and coordinating all company matters (internal and external), managing task follow-up, record-keeping, and progress synchronisation
• Develop deep understanding of TikTok live streaming e-commerce business logic and track the complete chain of live streaming, short video, influencer, and shop-related business matters
• Provide Chinese-Indonesian bilingual translation, meeting minutes, and business document organisation
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination by liaising with operations, live streaming hosts, editing, HR, and finance teams to synchronise requirements and track pending tasks
• Complete other business and administrative tasks assigned by the business lead

Key responsibilities

About you

• Fluent Chinese language skills for daily communication and work coordination (verbal and written)
• Familiar with complete TikTok Indonesia live streaming e-commerce business logic and understanding of short video and live streaming commerce basic processes
• Accept the work nature of an assistant role and adapt to a work mode involving multiple concurrent tasks and parallel workflows
• Proficient in Excel and Word office software, detail-oriented and well-organised with strong multi-task coordination ability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle pressure and quickly respond to various ad-hoc tasks
• Preferred: Experience in MCN or TikTok operations assistant roles
