Job summary

Patriot Muda is seeking a Performance Enablement Lead to drive Continuous Improvement across Mill and Estate operations in the Palembang region. You will establish disciplined CI governance, execute improvement programs, and develop capability with measurable value aligned to operational goals.

You will partner with regional and site leadership to embed CI into daily operations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver regular CI performance updates to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in continuous improvement, operations excellence, or performance enablement.
• Experience in manufacturing or agricultural operations preferred.
• Strong English communication and ability to engage with different levels of staff.
• Willing to be based on site and travel across estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of CI frameworks at regional level.
• Act as regional focal point for CI governance and performance reviews.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute CI initiatives for Mills and Estates.
• Drive daily and project improvement cycles and monitor the CI portfolio.
• Provide CI training and share best practices.
• Deliver CI performance updates to management.
