Job summary

Pt. Sukses Makmur Indonesia is seeking a Performance Enablement Lead Region 5 to drive Continuous Improvement across Mill and Estate operations. You will lead regional CI governance, support portfolio execution, and develop capabilities through training, while collaborating with region and site leadership to embed CI into daily operations.

This role requires 5+ years in CI or operations, strong data analysis, and willingness to base on site and travel across estates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or performance enablement.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or agricultural operations preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to be based on site and travel across estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI framework implementation at regional level.
• Act as regional focal point for CI governance and performance reviews.
• Support mills and estates in identifying and executing CI initiatives.
• Drive daily and project improvement cycle practices.
• Manage Region CI portfolio across mills and estates.
• Monitor progress, risks, and resolution of CI initiatives.
• Support CI capability development via training and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to embed CI in daily operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support CI initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver regular CI performance updates to management.
