Job summary

Pt Cyberindo Aditama (Cbn) seeks a Performance Enablement Lead Region 5 to drive Continuous Improvement across mills and estates within the region. You will lead governance, prioritize initiatives, and ensure measurable value realization aligned with operational goals.

Role requires engagement with regional and site leadership, delivering capability development, and embedding CI into daily operations with cross-functional stakeholders. Limited travel to estates is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or performance enablement.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or agricultural operations preferred.
• Good English communication and ability to interact with different levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI enablement and governance at regional level across mills and estates.
• Coordinate CI initiatives and review regional portfolio for progress and risk.
• Deliver training, learning sessions, and share best practices.
• Embed CI into daily operations through leadership collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
