Job summary

Pt Budijaya Makmursentosa is seeking a Performance Enablement Lead for Region 5 to drive continuous improvement across mill and estate operations. The role focuses on governance, initiative execution, and measurable value realization aligned with regional and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include leading CI frameworks, coordinating with cross-functional leaders, and delivering regular performance updates to management. Occasional travel to estates is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field/major or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience related to this position in continuous improvement or performance enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Performance Enablement and CI frameworks at regional level.
• Act as the regional focal point for CI governance and performance reviews.
• Support Mills and Estates in identifying, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives.
• Drive daily improvement and project improvement cycle practices.
• Manage and review the Region CI portfolio across Mill and Estate operations.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issue resolution of CI initiatives.
• Support CI capability development through training and learning sessions.
• Embed CI into daily operations with leadership partnership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support CI initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver regular CI performance updates to management.
