PTC Indonesia is seeking talented sales professionals to accelerate Creo adoption across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, you will develop territory plans, build relationships with engineering leaders, and translate CAD/PLM value into measurable business outcomes.

You will own forecast, drive new logo acquisition, and collaborate with resellers and system integrators to expand market share, while delivering exceptional customer value and ensuring quota attainment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven track record in enterprise software sales with quota attainment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive new logo acquisition and expansion across Indonesia.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering managers and business decision-makers.
• Drive competitive displacement opportunities against incumbent CAD by articulating differentiated business value.
• Lead cross-functional engagement across a matrix organization (Presales, Professional Services, Legal, Finance and Customer Success).
• Own forecast commitment through disciplined pipeline management, opportunity qualification and timely risk management.
