Qualifications

• Experience in shipping operations management in Indonesia.
• Proven ability to coordinate vessel scheduling and port calls.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day port operations, including vessel scheduling, berthing coordination, cargo discharge/loading, and turnaround performance.
• Building relationships with port authorities and regulators to ensure smooth vessel clearance.
• Leading local operations team to ensure SOPs, safety standards, and SLAs.
• Monitoring vessel movements and port congestion, mitigating delays.
• Responding to disruptions with timely escalation and resolution.
• Reporting vessel performance, cargo handling, and cost control to regional and global stakeholders.
• Collaborating with commercial, customer service, and logistics teams to support continuity and efficiency.
• Driving continuous improvement across Indonesia operations, including resource optimization and digitization.
