Qualifications

• Proven leadership of sales teams in data centers, enterprise IT, or engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia market dynamics across territories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead complex sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Indonesia aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive growth across enterprise, channel, and key account verticals.
• Oversee the full sales cycle and create tailored GTM approaches for each region and vertical.
• Lead the sales organization to exceed targets in orders, revenue, and profitability with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, customer-obsessed sales team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and guide the team to identify early opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, service, and bid teams on territory programs and campaigns.
• Represent Vertiv at events and executive briefings, conveying the value proposition and thought leadership.
