STARPATH GLOBAL Aerospace in Jakarta seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth in Indonesia, owning local business development, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and sales execution for our satellite data and AI-powered geospatial solutions. You will identify opportunities across government and enterprise sectors, build long-term relationships, and help shape GTM plans.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within aerospace, geospatial technology, remote sensing, AI, or other B2B technology sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Indonesia, with a focus on government and enterprise clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
Drive sales of satellite data, remote sensing, and AI-powered geospatial solutions, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop localized go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
Prepare business proposals and presentations, lead client discussions, and support commercial negotiations.
Work closely with regional teams and China headquarters to support project delivery, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular business and market updates.
