Job summary

Impact Talent represents an international satellite and geospatial solutions provider hiring an Indonesia Country Manager in Jakarta. You will drive market entry, establish local partnerships, and win government and enterprise opportunities.

The role requires leveraging an established network, building the market from early stage, and supporting the Jakarta office. English proficiency is essential, Bahasa Indonesia preferred, and work authorization in Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships with evidence of winning complex B2B/B2G deals.
• Established relationships with Indonesian government agencies, BUMN, and major local corporations.
• Experience in satellite tech, geospatial solutions, GIS, or telecommunications preferred.
• Strong English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred but not essential.
• Authorized to work in Indonesia or eligible for work permit.

Responsibilities

• Develop Indonesia business and customer base focused on government, BUMN, and major corporate customers.
• Build and manage complex B2B and B2G sales from engagement to contract closure.
• Develop customers across mining, energy, agriculture, forestry, oil and gas, infrastructure, utilities, maritime, and related industries.
• Identify and establish relationships with local partners, system integrators, GIS companies, and engineering firms.
• Build the market from early stage with hands-on development, partnerships, and customer engagement.
• Support Jakarta office establishment and ongoing development.
