You will manage Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers, shaping data-driven commercial execution and market penetration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize margins and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of commercial sales experience with at least 3+ years in National Sales Manager or Senior Regional leadership.
• Experience leading ASMs and expanding distributor networks.
• Direct sales experience with electrical/lighting products is preferred.
• Business English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide sales and distribution strategies to expand market coverage and revenue.
• Identify untapped markets and build regional distributor networks.
• Lead and develop Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers across Indonesia.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to CEO and senior management.
